At Dwarf Car Promotions, we stand behind our product 100%.

If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, return it in the original packaging along with invoice within 7 days of receipt, for an exchange, store credit, or refund, minus shipping costs.

Returned items must be received by us within 14 days of the day you received it in order to be eligible for a refund.

Any items received by us after 14 days of the day you originally received them will be eligible for store credit only. Include a copy of your receipt, along with a request for store credit.

After 30 days all sales are non-refundable.

If you want to contact us regarding a return please email us at dwarfcarpromotions@gmail.com with "RETURN" along with your order number in the title field.

We cannot accept for return any items that do not include a copy of your receipt.

Upon receipt of your return, it takes us 10-15 business days to process your return and credit your account. The credit will be processed against your original form of payment.

If by chance you receive your item and it arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us via email as soon as possible and we will gladly arrange to have the correct/non-damaged item sent to you. Items received damaged or not as described are eligible for replacement only.
